Auto Savvy - Paint Correction Specialists of The Bronx
Your car's paint is the first and the last thing people see. So why not take care of it?
Here at Auto Savvy we have mastered the art of paint correction using abrasive compounds along with specialized cutting pads and wet sanding techniques. Each of these methods help restore painted surfaces. Paint correction creates a "like-new" finish that is super reflective and glossy. To reduce any future need for a paint correction, apply a ceramic coat to the corrected paint. This process gives you a repainted look of a bodyshop, without the steep price tag or the hassles of having mismatched colors and panels.

What are Swirl Marks and what causes them?
Swirl marks are considered the most common paint defects and are highly noticeable on a sunny day or under any light. Swirl marks give your paint a spider web like appearance that hides the true clarity. These types of defects exist in the top layer of a vehicle's paint (known as the clear coat). Swirls and scratches are caused by improper washing techniques commonly used at automatic car washes, using contaminated wash mitts or using dry/dusty towels at hand car washes.
